Can’t download invoice with Shop Manager Access

    Hello
    I have an admin user setup as a shop manager. When they go to click the customer’s orders invoice it says
    You are not allowed to download this invoice.

    Can you please advise how I can allow the shop manager to be able to also download the invoices
