Cant Download Files

    start by adding stats=”false” to the shortcode. See if stats are the problem.

    here is the shortcode:
    [fileaway sub=”username” stats=”false” size=”yes” nolinks=”no” fadein=”opacity” fadetime=”2500″ flightbox=”pdfs” boxtheme=”silver-bullet” encryption=”yes” iconcolor=”red”]

    nolinks=no is not a valid parameter. If nolinks is in your shortcode at all, it will resolve to true. Just remove it from your shortcode.
