Can’t Download Entire Document – Can Download Single Pages

    Greetings,

    When I import a PDF with the appropriate options selected, I can’t download the entire PDF; however, I can download JPEG’s of each page.

    Additionally, the other “top menu” buttons above the PDF are not working (i.e. full screen and next page)

    Please advise.
