• I’ve installed the latest update on my client’s site and now the Download button under actions is gone. The only option available is Delete. The backups are still working, but I have no option on the back-end to download the backup zip. I have to go in through FTP to access the files.

I’ve tried deleting the plugin, but I get a 500 Internal Server Error when I try. I tried deleting another plugin and was successful in deleting it.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

What version of the plugin are you running?

Are you on running on an IIS server?

    Cheers,

Same problem here, just updated to latest version of the plug-in (I’m using WP 4.1) and the column called “Actions” has the option to “Delete” in red for each backup. Nothing else, so the download link is missing(?) It was there up until this version of BackUpWordPress. I’m on a Windows Server 2008 using IIS7. Thank you.

    Hey Guys,

This is a known issue with IIS, we’ll work on a fix and hopefully release it soon.

    I’ll keep you posted.

    Cheers!

For me too, the download link is missing. It’s a local site, using Windows and WampServer, so it’s not crucial, but still.
    Thanks.
