Can’t download BackUp

    I backed up my old site to the new domain.
    However, I forgot my password and cannot log in.
    **After entering phpMyadmin, enter after changing**
    **DataTable:wp_users -> Corrected user_pass field**

    But the website cannot download the backup file of All-in-One WP Migration.
    “Failed – Unknown server error. Please try again, or contact the server administrator.” is displayed.
    Maybe I am doing something wrong?

    *Use google cloud platform free hosting service.
    *No .htaccess file created.
    *The file size is 78MB.

    There is an alternative way: you can download the file via ftp or ssh from wp-content/ai1wm-backups folder
