Can’t download a translation for 1 post

    Although the process works for all posts, strangely I am not able to download the translation of 1 specific post:

    Clicking on the blue button, or even opening the field and asking to download, the page is reloaded, but the status remains blue.
    I’ve cleared the browser cache, but nothing has changed.
    Other posts are still being translated normally, but I can’t download this single post.
    No error messages.
    How to solve this?`

    To expand the subject:
    This link worked to download the translation: /wp-admin/edit.php?document_id=5b258781-9c28-4638-8118-c7a603340e9d&locale=en_US&action=lingotek-download&noheader=1&_wpnonce=cd5eca8ef5

    And this link not:
    /wp-admin/edit.php?document_id=0aa5c227-e722-4264-9336-71c1d3a0a5e2&locale=en_US&action=lingotek-download&noheader=1&_wpnonce=cd5eca8ef5

    Is there any error log to know what is going on?

    Thinking it might be a problem with my current site setup, I did the following:
    1) I created a NEW INSTALLATION of WordPress, in a new subdomain, all fresh.
    2) I only installed Polylang and Lingotek, strictly following the sequence indicated for the installation
    3) I created a new blank post and copied and pasted the text from the problematic post to the new blank post on the new site.
    4) I saved the new post and tried the same translation process. SAME PROBLEM: it does the whole process, BUT THE DOWNLOAD of the translation.
    5) I created a second blank post and put only the title “TEST” and the text “test”
    6) I saved the second post and followed the process, and in this second post EVERYTHING WORKED:

    I did some more tests to DISCOVER THE BUG:
    A paragraph (more specifically an unordered list) is preventing the download.
    Excluding this paragraph, the download works!
    It makes no sense.

    Please, could you fix this?

    We’re facing exactly the same issue here. Pages containing lists won’t be downloaded.

    Going even further, I found that the problem is actually NOT with the unordered list.
    In fact, the bug occurs when there are TWO style FORMATS in the same word.
    Example: bold and italic at the same time in a word.
    Leaving just a SINGLE FORMAT, the issue is solved. Look:

    I found another bug:
    When the sentence is in UNDERLINE, it also won’t download the translation.

    Thanks for the detailed steps. I cannot reproduce the issue, and everything is translated as expected.
