Can't download a plugin anymore

    Since I updated my WordPress to 4.3, I haven’t been able to download any plugin.

    How can this be, and how do I fix it?
    I need PageBuilder by SiteOrigin, for my website!

  • What error are you getting when trying to download the plugin?

    If you want, you can just download the plugin manually, and unzip the zip file into your wp-content/plugins folder or simply you can upload it through your wp-admin panel.

    And I have tried that too, it says the same thing…

    One option would be to delete the folder siteorigin-panels in your plugins directory, then try download/install it again.

    Don’t know how to do that, can you tell me where to do this ??

    Got it now, contacted my hosting company and the guided me to the content folder ??
