can't do admin log in; theme not showing; error 103

    I changed my site url and homepage url, and then changed it back because the theme was all gone. Now I cannot log in to the admin panel, my theme is not showing when I pull up my site. It looks correct on my iPad but not on my laptop. I don’t know how to fix it, especially since I can’t log in. Please help!
