i dont know whether my db user have all permissions?
if have or not, how to solve it?

    tq

check the mysql section of your webhost to see if your user has all rights and to be sure db name is correct

For me, there was a section at the bottom of the CPANEL MySQL Databases pages that said:

    Add user to database:

Name of user was filled in
Name of database was filled in

Under that was a button that said ADD. I thought the user was already added, but up in the section reading

    CURRENT DATABASES

the user was blank. After I clicked the ADD button I was taken to a permissions screen and did clicked ALL PRIVILEGES.

    Smooth sailing after that.
