Can't Display with starreviewmulti

I’m trying to just bring up the reviews for a particular post on a page using the following shortcode:
[starreviewmulti id=1 post=1930 tpl=20]
I get the rating box, but no user ratings, all the stars are blank even though I set a review for this article. Am I using the shortcode right?
Milan, I appreciate your hard work on this plug in, but could post a link to the user’s guide at least? Just some basic info on how it works would be great. I know the old site used to have a lot of this, but you pulled it down and now we are all a little lost. Thanks!
