Can’t display videos

    Created both image and video albums in GMedia. Images display fine. When clicking on a video it downloads it to Windows 10 instead of playing. Tried using both Phantom and Video Player modules but couldn’t find any settings. Help appreciated. Thanks, David

    The page you provided doesn’t exists. Gmedia gallery modules support only MP4 videos. What video format do you try to load in Phantom and Video Player?

    I mean the extension of the file must be .mp4. As I can see you have .mov files. Browser can’t play MOV files, that’s why it download file.
