• I purchased Ulising about a month ago and still can’t work out how to list new listng type. I’ve been banging my head against a brick wall trying to work it out. Your videos are a mess. Everything is explained at a thousand miles an hour. How are people to follow anything. This isn’t my first post about this plugin. Really, really poorly designed and porr support too. Here’ one of your videos. Absolute rubbish. Why have you speeded it up?

    Why do you keep closng my tickets when they are unresolved.

    I opened a ticket as you instructed above and you have not responded to it. I’m a customer who has paid the the full version and just can’t get this Plugin to work properly. I am unable to display listing on the front end of the website and you ‘how-to’ videos on YouTube are just riculously fast. Why you would speed up such a technical video I have no idea. It’s impossible to follow.

    I have paid for support so please provide it.
