Can't display more than 6 posts per category

Hi there! I just installed List Category Post and I love it, so useful!
Just one thing: It looks like there is a certain amount of post a single page can handle. I want to create a giant index page as a tool for myself. The index page I’m creating is here: https://foodnouveau.com/complete-posts-list/
Right now it displays the default 5 posts per category. The only way I can get it working is if I don’t set any numberpost tag. If I try to show more than 5 posts per category, the page loads blank (nothing at all shows on the page, not even my blog’s header & menus). I played around with the plugin settings and if I go over 6 posts per category, the page loads blank. The setting “-1” in the plugin settings (which is what I’d like to use — no limit of posts per category) makes the page loads blank as well.
Right now the page does now show all categories I want it to show. If I add more, it stops working. So it really does look like it can’t handle more than a certain amount of posts. Is this a known issue with WP 4.3.1? Can this be changed/fixed?
