Can’t display footer

Hi,
I’m designing a website for a client but for some reason I can’t see the footer. I use this theme for my own website and have no problem displaying the footer. But for this one, it just won’t show up. I’ve enabled it everywhere I can, in the page editor (OceanWP settings) and also in the customisation section. It should be showing up (the sidebar did when I enabled it) but the footer just won’t. Even creating a new page, the footer still doesn’t show up..
Would love to get this sorted as soon as I can. Thanks!
