    Hi,

I receive at my WP backend the WooCommerce notifications below:

    1. Action required: Critical vulnerabilities in WooCommerce
      https://prnt.sc/1kGNc07O1PDv

In response to a critical vulnerability identified on July 13, 2021, we are working with the WordPress Plugins Team to deploy software updates to stores running WooCommerce (versions 3.3 to 5.5) and the WooCommerce Blocks feature plugin (versions 2.5 to 5.5). Our investigation into this vulnerability is ongoing, but?we wanted to let you know now about the importance of updating immediately. For more information on which actions you should take, as well as answers to FAQs, please urgently review our blog post detailing this issue.
    2. Security auto-update of WooCommerce https://prnt.sc/6ZgvgXNqrZfn

Your store has been updated to the latest secure version of WooCommerce. We worked with WordPress to deploy PayPal Standard security updates for stores running WooCommerce (version 3.5 to 6.3). It’s recommended to disable PayPal Standard, and use?PayPal Payments?to accept PayPal.

Even if I click on Dismiss button at both notifications above, it doesn’t work and they keep appearing. I have WooCommerce 7.2.2 version installed along with WP 6.1.1 version.

Waiting for your further advice on the above issue.

    Hello @dchatzimanolis,

Even if I click on Dismiss button at both notifications above, it doesn’t work and they keep appearing. I have WooCommerce 7.2.2 version installed along with WP 6.1.1 version.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots!

If dismissing them didn’t change anything, you can navigate to the _wc_admin_notes table in your database and change the value of these notices to actioned.

Your database dashboard might not look like mine, if you’re not comfortable doing this on your own you can ask your hosting provider for help.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

The notification for PayPal doesn’t appear now but the other one still exists:

Is there maybe any other action that I should take for deleting the above notification?

    Hello,

Is there maybe any other action that I should take for deleting the above notification?

Checking into my database, it appears as:

    woocommerce-core-sqli-july-2021-need-to-update

You can change the value of the notice to actioned.

    I hope this helps.

Ok second notification doesn’t appear now after changing the above value.

Thank you for your total advice.

    Best.

I’ve got a similar problem but my notices says:

Solved: Critical vulnerabilities patched in WooCommerce

In response to a critical vulnerability identified on July 13, 2021, we worked with the WordPress Plugins Team to deploy software updates to stores running WooCommerce (versions 3.3 to 5.5) and the WooCommerce Blocks feature plugin (versions 2.5 to 5.5).

Your store has been updated to the latest secure version(s). For more information and answers to FAQs, please review our blog post detailing this issue.

I’ve changed to “actioned” the “woocommerce-core-sqli-july-2021-need-to-update” row. I’ve even deleted the row but no change!

    Thanks
