Can’t dismiss renew antispam message

    I have a site that says the anti-spam is paid through 2024. There is a message on the dashboard: Please renew your anti-spam license for next year.
    Account status updates every 24 hours.

    There is no way to dismiss that message. I’m going to dig more deeply into this, but the service is still running…maybe even a little over-aggressively as it tends to block people using our donation form on a non-profit website. (sigh)

    Can you look into why this message is NOT dismissable? (As per WordPress standards…)

    Hello,

    Please check your access key in the plugin’s settings and press Synchronize with Cloud button here:

    Wordpress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk

    If this didn’t help, try to deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled.

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)

    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.

    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.

    4. Then delete it.

    5. Install the latest version from the WordPress catalog.
