    Hi,

    I am getting this error when trying to connect my pixel.
    Something went wrong during the connection with Facebook API. Please, try to refresh the page.

    I can’t disconnect that pixal or anything. I deactivated and deleted the plugun. Reinstalled and it is still there. I can’t disconnect the pixel or the facebook account it is currently associated with.

    I’m having the same problem. I want to change from my personal account pixel to my business account pixel but I can’t edit or delete

    SO, I can’t connect my product catalog because I can’t switch to my business manager account because I can’t edit my pixel setup – even after uninstalling, clearing my cache, rebooting and swearing. Suggestions?

    sorry for the late response. Have you tried to reset the connection from the “Reset Facebook Connection” button in “Advanced Settings” section of General Settings? Here a screen: https://snag.gy/4g9XdB.jpg

    Otherwise, please share me some more details of what error you occur during the changing/removing FB connection.
