    Hi

I had a test site that I connected to Jetpack. I shut down that website and then realised that it is still showing up on Jetpack because I never told Jetpack that I wanted to remove it. But now its impossible to disconnect because it no longer exists so I can’t click on the “Manage” under connections.

Also, I made a staging site that was also connected to Jetpack which was eventually moved to the main site and the name was updated from “Site – Staging” to “Site” with its own entry. So now I have two entries with the same name and the test site. How do I get rid of these extra entries on my jetpack site list?

    Thanks

    Hi @tertrihfertray ,

To remove a site that no longer exists from your Jetpack account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Log into?WordPress.com?and go directly to?https://wordpress.com/settings/manage-connection.
    2. In the site picker, select the site you want to disconnect.
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the?Manage your connection?link.
    4. On the ‘Manage Connection’ page, choose?Disconnect from WordPress.com.

For the staging site issue, ensure that the correct site is connected and remove any duplicates by managing your connections in the same?section above.

For the most efficient approach, you could also refer to our guide about migrating between staging and production sites: https://jetpack.com/support/staging-sites/.

If you still can’t find the above suggestions, please post your site URL here so that we can have a look. If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via the contact form.
