can’t disable troubleshooting mode

    Your site is currently in Troubleshooting Mode and I don’t see anything happening so I tried to disable and nothing happens. Our website is down because of this. Help!!

    Hi,

    Troubleshooting Mode is disabled either by clicking the disable button, or by logging out and back in again (just closing all browser windows, or restarting your computer, will both also do the same).

    It should be noted that Troubleshooting Mode will not take your site down, it only affects your user, and any other visitors to your site will not notice any difference. (I can see your site is up right now).
