Firstly, no complaints – this is an amazing plugin – I wished I had discovered it earlier!

But, I’m having an issue where once in troubleshooting mode, I cant leave, clicking the disable button does nothing

Only way is to logout – and when I do, all plugins have been deactivated and have to be re-enabled

So, not to complain, but just highlight a possible issue – I’m happy to let you jump into this site and have a look

    Hiya @ktsiterip,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

A few people have reported similar issues over the years, but we’ve not been able to pinpoint what has caused it (good news though, someone posted just this week with more details so I’m confident we’ll be able to find the cause of this now!).

It’s unfortunate that your plugins remained de-activated though, I totally understand that this is not ideal (and you’d be absolutely in your right to complain about that in my opinion ?? ).

Once I’ve had a chance to dig in and find the cause of why this may happen in some rare cases (it’s not very common at all, which makes it harder to troubleshoot), I believe it’ll be a quick fix. It does appear to be a conflict with one or more ways plugins do things (which is ironic, given what Troubleshooting Mode is made for, I think).

I can’t promise I’ll remember to follow up in individual topics with details once I’ve found more information about it, but it will be mentioned in the release notes for any future update if and when it is solved.
