Can’t disable popup and don’t want it anymore

I don’t want this popup to appear on my shop page and I don’t plan to purchase the upgrade, so I’d just like to disable this so it doesn’t irritate visitors on the shop page. I have unchecked the box on the dashboard and cleared the cache but it still shows up.
