Can’t disable notifications

    Hello,
    I using WP User Frontend and I can’t disable Notifications for form. I un-check the Enable post notification field and click Save Form button. After that I refresh page and see that Enable post notification field is still checked.

    How I can permanently disable notification for new created post sending by WP User Frontend?

    Please let us know the version of the plugin you are using, for the latest version we can see the notification can be disabled just fine.

    If you are using object Cache like Redis or any other caching plugin that might affect this as well make sure you clear the cache properly.

    Hi,
    I have clear and disabled all caching systems and still can not save disabled post notification – after refresh is still enabled. WP User Frontend ver. 2.8.6

    @arekko,

    Please do one more check, add or remove fields to your form, then save. Now, reload the page and make sure that the form fields save properly.

    If the issue still exists then I recommend you to send us an email here with your site details. We will take a closer look.
