Can’t disable maintenance on Home page

    I am unable to make changes to the maintenance page on the homepage.
    I am unable to disable it, change the text, change the background etc.

    If I enable maintenance mode or coming soon mode, changes will work on other pages apart from the home [age which is always the same page.

    I did have W3TC but that was cleared and now even deleted completely trying to resolve this. But still stuck.
    Tried different browsers, clearing cache etc.

    Could you share your website url? I know you said you deleted and disabled cache, but it still seems like caching issue on 99%.
