Can’t disable hreflang in header

Hello,
I need to disable hreflang in header for using Hreflang Manager plugin, because I have 2 WP installations: 1 for main domain and 1 for latam. And the config should be:
https://panelesach.com/contactar/ <xdefault>
https://panelesach.com/latam/co/contacto/ <es_CO>
https://panelesach.com/latam/mx/contacto-mx/ <es_MX>
https://panelesach.com/latam/pe/contacto-pe/ <es_PE>I’ve tried with the shared code in many posts by didn’t work.
Should I try another plugin?
