Can’t disable Drift

  • Hi Guys,

    Back again, I wondered if you could help me, I’m trying to disable Drift from the home page the chat plugin and for some reason its just about the only thing that doesn’t appear in the asset clean up list. Do you know why that would be?

    @growthgun the reason it doesn’t show up in the CSS & JS manager is because the HTML code is hardcoded (the CSS & JS is not enqueued the WordPress way like all the other assets).

    There is a feature to deactivate whole plugins, but it’s available in the Pro version of Asset CleanUp and you need to use a RegEx for that. You can also do it via custom coding if you use an MU plugin and based on the request URI, you can unload the Drift plugin.
