Can’t disable coupon section in cart

    I would like to disable the coupon section in cart (name in english is probably “add coupon”). I have on the left menu (WooCommerce > Cart) an option “View coupon form” but when I turn it off – it’s not working.

    It’s a bug or I must search this option in other place in menu?

    Sydney version: 2.33.

    edit: The same problem is in the order page.
