  • Hello @zafajae24 ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If users aren’t being directed to the dashboard after logging in, there could be several reasons for this issue. Please check that there exists any following issue:

    1. Conflicting Plugins : Sometimes, third-party login or membership plugins might conflict with Tutor LMS or WordPress’s default behavior, causing users to be redirected to the wrong page or not redirected at all.

Temporarily disable other plugins that handle login and redirection to see if one of them is causing the conflict.
    2. Caching Issues: If your site uses caching (through a plugin or server-side), it may load a cached version of the login page instead of properly redirecting to the dashboard after login.

Clear your site’s cache and, if applicable, any caching plugins. Make sure to exclude the login page and dashboard from caching.

      Best Regards,

    1. I don’t use membership plugins
    2. caching plugins that I use litespeed, do I need to exclude the dashboard page?

    Hello @zafajae24 ,

I recommend deactivating LiteSpeed and attempting to log in again. Please check if this resolves the issue and successfully redirects you to the dashboard. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out—we’re here to assist you.

    Best Regards,
