can’t delete this plugin

please i have a problem with this plugin i want to delete this plugin permanently from my wordpress site but if i do that i see Deletion failed i know i can deleted it from public_html/ direct but the problem is still have some anspress roles is my site if example if i want to add a new user i see the roles i can add anspress banned or anspress moderator or anspress participant so can some one help me do deleted it permanently
