Can't delete text in widget

I am trying to delete some html code from a text widget in the sidebar, but even though it appears to save my changes, when I go to the website, it’s still there. The site is https://www.enjoyingindia.com, and I am trying to remove the buy from Amazon button so that I can put all the buy options on the store page. I’m also trying to edit some of the other text.

I’m thinking of copying the text, editing it in another program, attempting to delete the widget, and then creating a new one, but I’m so unfamiliar with all this that I’m a little afraid to try it for fear I’ll make things even worse.

I see that many people have had problems like this, but I couldn’t find a solution. Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated.
