Can’t delete templates. Templates won’t delete.

    We are experimenting with Templately. We imported a Wedding Photographer template. Somehow it got imported three times, and now it shows up three times in the list of templates, under the Templates tab in the Templately plugin dashboard. When I click the three vertical dots on the right side of the row, and click delete, instead of a green checkmark saying the template has been successfully deleted, a big red X appears, and the template is still listed.

    So under the Templates tab it looks like:
    Wedding Photographer
    Wedding Photographer
    Wedding Photographer

    …and I can’t delete any of them.

    First of all sorry for the inconvenience.
    It seems strange! I’ve just tried on my end and it perfectly deleted on my website. Have a look: https://d.pr/v/FNZvmG

    Besides that the area on Templately you’ve pointed actually the templates that stored on your Elementor Templates actually. You can also try to delete those template from Elementor Templates area from here: https://d.pr/i/nFUSd5

    The main purpose to show the Elementor Templates on Templately plugin is to push those templates easily on Templately Cloud so that you can easily use them on your another website by installing the Templately plugin.

    Anyway let me know how it goes with deleting. If you still face the problem deleting your templates, we will assist you don’t worry!

    My partner was able to delete them. Somehow he was able to move them to the trash.

    Now we are using Templately, and we like it.
