Can’t delete Subscriber

  • I can’t delete a subscriber. I tried checking the tick box then hitting delete – nothing. I tried a bulk action/delete/apply…nothing.

    Version 3.5.9
    WP 4.9.8

    Thoughts?

    Did you get any error while deleting?
    Please check your error log and let us know if there is any error related to plugin logged.

    When I tried to delete absolutely nothing happened. Where can I find log files?

    Do you find any error in the console in Chrome browser?

    It would be great if you can record the screen and share the recording with us.

    The same problem for me. And there is no any error in console, no errors in server logs… cannot delete one or group of users
