• For some reason, the webmaster account for the entire wordpress website is being added as a Staff member and is on the site live as an option for a provider. They are not a provider of course but the person’s name is not actually showing up in the plugin area so we can’t delete it.

    Just make sure that the admin and the staff member use different email address, what you can do is creating a different user for the staff, otherwise if you create a staff member by using the admin’s email address then the both, staff and admin will be notified.

    Also, if you wish to change the name displayed as staff member you can do that by clicking on the WP Users link. For security reasons Booking Ultra Pro doesn’t touch admin accounts.

    Thanks for you responses but they didnt actually address my question.

    The issue is that the admin’s name is showing up as a provider in the dropdown on the scheduler on the actual website. We’re not trying to change a name. The admin is not added as a staff member within the plugin. It looks as if the plugin is pulling the name of all USERS from the WordPress Users section instead of just using the names of the Staff we manually enter into the Scheduler plugin.

    I deactivated all plugins and that didnt help and I temperorarily changed to 2016 theme and that didnt help. Thanks!
