I use the plugin to pull events into our website from calendar B, I’ll call it. Calendar A is the default.

Everything was working fine until I added several events to default calendar A, and each of these events is set to reoccur annually. The first of these events now dominates my webpage by repeating up to the default number of events items to show.

To clarify I pull events into the website from calendar B. I added the reoccurring events to calendar A. I’ve ensured that the plugin is correctly pulling from Calendar B.

I’ve now deleted all events from calendar A but that does not remove the reoccurring event. I’ve cleared caches in Chrome, Firefox and IE but that does nothing for this issue.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    AJ

You’ll probably need to clear the feed cache, which you can do by clicking the “Refresh” link in the plugin settings.

    Ross,

Yes, I’ve done that repeatedly. Noticing now that it’s not appearing in Chrome but the event continues to repeatedly occur in IE and Firefox.

    Thanks,

Do you have any caching plugins installed?

Indeed I do, W3 Total Cache.

I clicked the button ‘Empty All Cache’ in W3 Total Cache. The reoccurring event is now gone.

    Thanks Ross! Great work.
