can’t delete popup for client

The popup seems to be loaded from an external site via an iframe:

which seems to be “Popup Domination”. When I go to https://pdmntn.com/login, I see a chat box, so maybe you can ask someone there?

This may be how the popup was added: https://popupdomination.com/docs/wordpress/

Thanks Steven for the reply. Would there be a way to just remove the iframe from the website? I assume it had to of been added?

Steve, thanks so much. I found the code in the Footer and Headers section in the settings dropdown. It’s all gone. All I needed was a direction and you provided that. I really appreciate it.
