Can’t Delete Plugins

    I’m trying to delete plugins from my website but cannot be deleted. I’m always redirected to this page isn’t working. What should I do? Help is appreciated…

    How are you trying to delete those plugins? It almost sounds like file permissions may not be correct but that is just a shot in the dark.

    If you haven’t already, try reaching to support to get SFTP connection information. That way you could connect to the server and delete those plugin folders or even change the file and folder permissions.

    @activatecontent reading at the other topic you’ve started, it looks like your website is hacked. This issue might also be related to that. Did you ask Bluehost tech support about this hack?
