Can't delete plugin

I installed this plugin thinking it did osmething else, now i;d like to remove it. However when i try to, i get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_options() in /wp-content/plugins/cpt-custom-icon/uninstall.php on line 18
I’ll go and delete the directory over ftp, but thought i’d make you aware of the issue ??
