Can't delete plugin

    I try to delete the plugin I get this error message:

    Plugin could not be deleted due to an error: Could not fully remove the plugin(s) coming-soon/coming-soon.php.

    I saw another post that talked about emptying cache from cache plugin…There was a whole other issue with that; I can’t seem to empty cache. So, I deleted the cache plugin. And, still get the error (above).

    This was a great plugin, for when it was needed. But, I don’t need it anymore. Any assistance would be great.

  • Sounds like an error with you host. Deleting is a function of the server. You might try ftping in and manually removing it?

    Thanks for the quick response, John!
    I should have mentioned that I did try that, too…. even with Admin FTP access, I get a “you don’t have permission” error. I’ll contact the host to see what they can do.
