    I disconnected the Plugin from the Service,
    I Cleared the Cache
    I Deactivated the Plugin

    but i can’t actually delete the Plugin. The Error Message is:

    “You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site.”

    Siteinfo: The site was migrated to a new Server / new Team.

    Not sure what the “Main Site” is…nor who is the Account owner of the MalCare Account that was connected. (Old Team)

    Hey!

    Thank you for your message.

    This issue usually occurs when you’re on a Multisite installation OR have a caching plugin active. It’s not a MalCare account or plugin issue.

    If you’re on a Multisite, please access the main network website’s dashboard & deactivate the plugin there. That should do the trick.

    If not, please deactivate the Caching plugin temporarily & give it a try.

    did all and still cant delete plugin… beyond frustrated…
