Can’t delete link from blogroll, it keeps coming back!

I am running Version 2.7.1 at: https://www.phoneconfessions.com/2babes/

This is an upgraded installation to 2.7.1 from a previous version that was working fine. Same theme files and links as previously. EXCEPT:

Once I finished my updade a link appeared on my sidebar for: https://fr.femalegamblers.org/ (Casino En Ligne on my install)

I did not put this here. When I delete it, it works fine, and goes away. However a few minutes later the link re-appears!

I’ve looked through all of my code and can’t find anything that would cause this to happen. I deleted the upgrade and put in a whole new installation of the new WP version and the same thing is happening. I am the only ADMIN there are no users yet. I can’t see where I’ve been hacked. This has to be something with the new install.

I have dreamhost.com as my host and they offer a one-click WP install which I also tried with the new version and same thing.

No matter what I do this casino link keeps coming back. I’m about to pull my hair out. Is anyone else having this issue?

How can I get rid of it?
