Cant delete jetpack commercial

That is not an ad. It’s a notice coming from the WooCommerce Services plugin, as that plugin cannot work without an active Jetpack conneciton on your site.

If you’re not going to use WooCommerce Services, delete that plugin and the notice will go away.

But if you want to use WooCommerce Services, you will have to use Jetpack as well:
