Cant delete items from WordPress

Hi Guys. An issue has come up. I was using the “Flatsome” theme to develope a site. Their page builder stopped letting me delete items. So I disabled all plugin through FTP to look of the cause, But, even with all plugin disables, Flatsome theme disabled and “twenty Sixteen” active there is still an issue with deleting some items. Pages and posts are fine to delete. If you try to delete something and the pop warning comes up “are you sure you want to delete this item” clicking yes popup disappears but the item is not deleted EG: menus.
