Can't Delete Items

You can not delete anything that includes a character that isn’t the alphabet. I wanted to buy pro, but I’m leery things wont work well.
Where does this plugin even store it’s data? I could edit the database but I’m at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
This plugin is so close to being great. Just not quite.
