You have to edit your theme.
    Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your theme directory and look for the file single.php.
    2. Copy single.php to single-easy-photo-album.php
    3. Open single-easy-photo-album.php
    4. Look for the code that says “Filed under” and delete it
    5. Save the file

Please note: when you update your theme, those changes will be lost.

There is no single-easy-photo-album.php, so I’m not able to use this solution. Thanks anyway.

Just in case anyone else runs across this, I found the solution. If you’re using the Genesis framework, install the Genesis Simple Edits plugin, and remove the text in the Post Meta field.

If you also have a blog on your site, this will affect your posts as well, but it’s less of a concern if you’re properly categorizing posts and not using tags, which you don’t need anyway. ??
