Hello, I have a problem with Mailpoet.

I was trying to fix GDPR form using some custom fields and finally I deleted the Guttenberg blocks that I didn’t use (I didn’t remove custom fields with the link, I deleted the block).

Then, when I tried to test the form, it asked me for the required custom fields I have deleted.

I could’t use the link as you say in: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/313-how-to-remove-created-custom-fields-from-mailpoet-3 because I have deleted the Guttenberg block.

As I couldn’t do that, I tried to delete the form but it also didn’t work. It still asking me for that required custom fields.

How can I delete them and fix this?

    Thanks

  • Hi!

If you re-add the block, can you then save the form and delete it?

Alternatively, you can remove the form directly from your database. Forms are stored in the wp_mailpoet_forms table, you can remove the form giving you troubles from there and then clear your site’s cache.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi there @surfeatuvida,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
