Can't Delete or Update a Page

    When I try to update or delete a page, I continue to get this message:

    Warning: DOMDocument::load() [domdocument.load]: I/O warning : failed to load external entity “/home/content/13/7462413/html/wp-content/uploads/15.xml” in /home/content/13/7462413/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-simpleviewer/wp-simpleviewer.php on line 783

    Fatal error: Call to a member function appendChild() on a non-object in /home/content/13/7462413/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-simpleviewer/wp-simpleviewer.php on line 818

  • Try disabling the wp-simpleviewer plugin and see if the symptom changes. If it does, review the plugin installation instructions regarding permission on the uploads directory, and see if any adjustments are required before re-activating the plugin.
