Can't Delete a Menu Item?

    This is a new problem that I just realized. I cannot delete a menu item! In the backend, I go to appearance->menus. I click on an item, click remove…it removes it BUT when I hit the save changes button, it acts like it wants to refresh but it just brings me to a blank page. And when I navigate back, the menu item reappears! Please help!
