Can't defeat image post click through.

My Theme has right click protection and I also have WP-CopyProtect installed. As you will see if you click on the first image it loads a new page just with that image so you can comment on it. However if you click on that image again it now opens it on another new page with nothing else but the image itself. Here it can be right clicked and copied.

Once the image has been loaded to the comment page I would like the image clicks to be disabled or better yet have an image click load the image into my light box for better viewing and right click protection.
