cant deduct store credit

1. Yes, you just need to input the value. May I know if you perhaps decimal while applying it on the checkout? Eg: $10.87, do you use the correct period or comma based on your WooCommerce settings?

I’m trying to remove someone’s store credit as I have send them a coupon instead. Is deducting not possible at all?Sincerely

If you want to adjust the customer’s store credit balance, you can do this on the backend. Please navigate to Coupons > Manage Store Credits > Customers > then search the customer email or name and Click Adjust.

sorry for late reply, but i dont have the option decrease store credit. when i click on increase store credit nothing happens.

i tried using 2 different browsers, its like a glitch.

As suggested here, you may try to delete the plugin directory and unzip its latest version to check if it works better.

Even if you used WP’s update system, you should try this.
