After that, the popup would appear with 2 options: Upgrade and Deactivate. Choose “Deactivate“. Please note, that, in this case, all the data related to the plugin will be removed.
It seems that the issue you’re experiencing might be due to a conflict with another plugin on your site.
To help resolve this, please try checking the Popup Box to make sure it’s selected. Then, try deactivating it using the Bulk Action feature. See the screenshot below:
Alternatively, you can log in to cPanel and go to File Manager. Navigate to /wp-content/plugins and delete the ays-popup-box folder.
Once you’ve completed these steps, please let us know if the issue is resolved.
