Can’t deactivate or remove plugin

    I installed this plugin to test. Don’t like it. First, I deactivated it and on a page load, it is still showing. Then, I deleted it in WP Admin panel and it is still showing up on a page load. I tried to go into FTP and find the folder and it is gone. But, it is still having a pop up on all my pages. I already cleared the cache…so that is not the problem. Can you please tell me how to remove this thing?!

    Hi,

    Thank you for opening a support topic. Did you clear the brwoser cache as well as any caching plugin? This plugin contains nothing which should cause the specified behaviour and it servers all files locally so it cant appear if the folder isn’t there unless it is a caching issue
